What We Believe
Osceola Community Church is the Church of Second Chances—a community learning to follow Jesus together. We grow in grace and truth, help people become disciples who disciple others, and invest in leaders in homes and communities. We are here to build Christ’s kingdom, not our own.
People from many backgrounds and traditions belong at the table because Jesus is at the center. OCC is independent and locally governed, and we participate in the Assemblies of God fellowship to share resources, credential ministers, support ministries, and send missionaries. Our common doctrine is expressed in the Assemblies of God’s 16 Fundamental Truths.
Our Vision
To see the St. Croix Valley and beyond filled with life-giving churches and small groups celebrating the love and power of Jesus.
Our Values
The Born-Again Experience
OCC values a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through the born-again experience. (John3: 3-8)

Unity in the Family of God
OCC values loving relationships that bring us together in unity as the family of God. (John 17:21; 1 Thessalonians 4:9)

Intimacy with God
OCC values intimacy with God through prayer, Bible study, meditation, and application of God's Word. (1 Thessalonians 5:16; 2 Timothy 2: 15)
