Meet the Team at OCC
Meet Our Elders
Spiritual/Pastoral Leaders
Our elders are volunteers appointed by our Pastor. They serve as shepherds of the church and assist in teaching, providing guidance, and acting as caretakers of the church's spiritual well-being. Elders lead by example and uphold sound doctrine. They are excited to engage in conversations, pray with individuals, and lend a listening ear. Their wisdom and compassion make them valuable resources for emotional support and spiritual growth. Don't hesitate to reach out to our elders, as they are here to provide the help you need with grace and love.
Meet Our Board of Deacons
Organizational/Financial Stewards
Our church deacons are volunteers that serve as the board of our church as a tax deductible 501c3 organization. While the board is chaired by our Pastor, our Deacons are selected by a committee and then voted in by our members. As an essential component of our church, they focus on the organization, financial, and practical needs of the community. They are spiritually mature leaders and pillars of support within the congregation. Additionally, they troubleshoot logistics in order for the elders to focus on doing ministry, similar to what we see in Scripture.
Our Trustee Board
Buildings & Grounds Stewardship
Our Trustees are function under the Deacons to support the care for the buildings and grounds of our organization. They assist with planning for future projects and maintaining our facilities and property.

Without the selfless service and the commitment of our volunteers OCC would not exist! Churches often begin with volunteers and a vision. Osceola Community Church is blessed to have so many people willing to give their time in service to others and our community. Most of our leaders started as volunteers doing what may seem like modest tasks, but every role matters. Even Pastor Josiah attended and volunteered at OCC for almost 7 years prior to pastoring here. We are servants at heart, and we pray that never changes!
